SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery starts at £7.25 for standard delivery (normally 3-5 working days from receipt of order before 5pm). Standard delivery is free for orders over £36.00
Express Delivery £9.25 (1-2 working days delivery service from receipt of order before 5pm). Express delivery is free for orders over £70.00
Deliveries will be weekdays between 8am and 5pm, please ensure someone is in to sign for package.
Shipments without full address and telephone number may be returned. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box or BFPO addresses. All shipping costs are to UK Mainland ONLY, if you require a delivery to an off-shore destination please contact us and we will endeavour to provide a shipping solution & cost.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you're happy with your order, but if have changed your mind and would like to return it to us please let us know within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we are only able to except products un-opened and in their original packaging and can only cover shipping costs if the order was sent incorrectly.

 Please note, that experiences can be moved to an alternative date up to a week before your booking. No bookings can be re-arranged within a week of the experience. Experiences are non-refundable.

PAYMENT METHOD

We except payment by all major credit and debit cards and PayPal through our website.
