Frequently Asked Questions
What Gins do we do?
At Warwickshire Gin Company, we specialise exclusively in dry gins, crafted with traditional techniques and bold botanicals. Every expression in our range follows the dry style , meaning no added sugar or artificial flavourings, resulting in clean, crisp spirits with well-balanced complexity.
What is Gin made from?
Gin begins with a neutral spirit, usually distilled from grain, which is then redistilled with botanicals. The defining ingredient is juniper, but we also use carefully selected additions like citrus peel, coriander, and spices to create distinctive flavours rooted in both tradition and innovation.
How many calories in Gin and Tonic?
A standard gin and tonic (single 25ml measure with regular tonic) contains around 100–120 calories. Choosing slimline tonic can reduce it to about 60–70 calories. Gin is relatively low in calories compared to other alcohols, making it a popular option for lighter serves.
Does Gin go off?
Unopened gin can last indefinitely if stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, it’s best enjoyed within 1–2 years to preserve its fresh botanical notes. Keep the cap tightly sealed and avoid direct sunlight to maintain optimal flavour.
What other Gin products do you offer?
In addition to our core dry gins, we offer curated gin gift sets, gin chocolate and miniature bottles, perfect for sampling or gifting. Whether you're visiting the distillery for a gin tasting experiences or shopping online, there’s a flavourful way to explore every aspect of our handcrafted gin collection.
