How much does delivery cost?
Economy delivery is free for orders over £36 and Express delivery for orders over £70. Otherwise it's £7.25 standard delivery with additional shipping options clearly displayed at checkout.
What delivery options do you have?
Our standard delivery normally takes 3-5 business days and requires a signature.
We also offer additional expedited shipping options if you need our gin as quickly as possible (we can't blame you!) Available options are clearly displayed at checkout.
During particularly busy periods, shipping times may be affected. If you have any concerns over your order, please get in touch and one of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you further.
Do I have to be at home when my parcel is being delivered?
All our deliveries have to be signed for by an adult of 18 years or over due to our products containing alcohol or related to alcohol.
The gin I received is different to my order
If you believe that your order was different to what has been delivered please contact us with your order number so we can arrange the gin to be changed.
It's been more than 5 days and I've not received my order
If you have placed an order through our website and believe it should have been delivered by now, please email us with your order number and one of our Customer Service team will look into it for you.
